Manuel Chavez, III

Since 2021, Manuel Chavez has served as Chief Executive Officer of Mobile Infrastructure Corporation, a publicly-traded company (NYSE American: BEEP) focused on the acquisition and optimization of parking infrastructure throughout the United States. Additionally, Manuel is the Founder and Managing Partner of Bombe Asset Management, an alternative asset management firm formed in 2017. Bombe is privately held and focused on optimizing investments in real estate, transportation infrastructure. He has 25 years of principal investing and operating experience focused in parking and real estate assets and operating companies, including nearly 50,000 parking stalls and over 25 million square feet of real estate across the United States. Manuel has sourced, financed and directed $1B+ of investments in which he has been a principal investor.

Previously, Manuel spent 19 years at PCA, Inc., a real estate services and parking business with over 1,100 employees and offices in 15 markets. Beginning his career in operations, he was responsible for bringing new assets into the portfolio, optimizing their utilization and revenue potential, and turning them over to third-party operators or realizing value through sale. Under his leadership, PCA, Inc. built the second largest airport parking portfolio in the United States. Manuel held various positions with PCA, Inc. culminating as the Chief Executive Officer, where he was responsible for all operations, business development, and financing activities of the portfolio and its subsidiary companies.

Manuel serves on the Boards of Trustees for The Greater Cincinnati Port Authority and Cincinnati State Technical and Community College. He is a member of the Cincinnati Regional Business Committee (CRBC), is a founding member of the Friends of Children Society for the Pro Kids organization, as well as founding NAPITA with 2 other industry leaders.

David Garfinkle

David M. Garfinkle has served as a member of the Board since January 2023. Mr. Garfinkle has served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of CoreCivic, Inc. (NYSE: CXW), a public company and the nation’s largest owner of partnership, correctional, detention and residential reentry facilities in the United States, since May 2014. Prior to serving as CoreCivic's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Garfinkle served as CoreCivic's Vice President of Finance and Controller from February 2001 to May 2014. From 1996 to 2001, Mr. Garfinkle served as Vice President and Controller for Bradley Real Estate, Inc., a publicly traded REIT with internal property management, leasing, acquisition, and development capabilities that owned and operated, acquired, and developed community and neighborhood shopping centers in the Midwest region of the United States. Prior to joining Bradley Real Estate, Inc., Mr. Garfinkle was a Senior Manager in the real estate practice at KPMG Peat Marwick, LLP. Mr. Garfinkle is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a bachelors’ degree in business administration from St. Bonaventure University. He also serves as a board member and as a member of the executive committee of Junior Achievement of Middle Tennessee, having previously served as the chair of that organization’s finance committee.

Brad Greiwe

Upon consummation of the Merger, Mr. Greiwe will serve as a director of New MIC. Mr. Greiwe has been the managing partner at FWAC Ventures, a venture capital firm, since 2016. Prior to starting FWAC Ventures, Mr. Greiwe co-founded Invitation Homes Inc. (NYSE: INVH), which owns single-family rental homes in the United States, in 2012 and served as Invitation Homes Inc.’s Chief Technology Officer from 2012 to 2015. Mr. Greiwe started his career at UBS Group AG in the real estate, lodging, and leisure group where he served as an investment banker from 2006 to 2007. He then worked in real estate private equity, focusing on acquisitions and development at Tishman Speyer Properties, a real estate company that owns, operates and develops real estate and manages funds, from 2007 to 2010, and at Starwood Capital Group, a private investment firm with a primary focus on global real estate, from 2010 to 2011. Mr. Greiwe graduated from Harvard University, where he received his BA in economics.

Stephanie Hogue

Stephanie Hogue is the President and a director of Mobile Infrastructure, publicly-traded (NYSE American: BEEP) company focused on the acquisition and optimization of parking infrastructure throughout the United States. Stephanie has over 20 years of experience in strategic capital markets transactions, including 15 years of investment banking experience, covering both M&A and Debt Capital Markets in New York, Sao Paulo, and Mumbai. She has advised on over $15 billion of transaction value to-date, including two public-private partnerships that were first in their respective asset classes.

In addition, Stephanie is co-Managing Partner at Bombe Asset Management, a mid-market asset management company focused on transportation infrastructure. Prior to joining Bombe, Stephanie was a Managing Director and the Head of Global Inbound M&A with PwC Corporate Finance, LLC, responsible for executing cross-border M&A transactions, as well as leading PwC’s US Debt Private Placement initiatives globally. In addition, she was the designated Partner Diversity Champion for Corporate Finance across the US to address diversity issues within the investment banking and Deals platforms. Finally, she led the recruitment and training initiatives across the team and has a passion for educating and mentoring early-stage professionals and students as they make the transition into the professional world. Stephanie previously held positions with Natixis, Credit Agricole, and Standard Bank.

Currently, Stephanie serves on the boards of CET (Southeast Ohio public television), Cintrifuse, and the Indian Hill Club, a community not-for-profit organization. Prior, Stephanie has served on the Simon School (Rochester) Business Advisory Counsel, the Brazilian- American Chamber of Commerce Finance Committee (New York and Sao Paulo), and served as the Vice President for the American Women’s Club, a non-profit serving residents in Mumbai’s largest slums and sponsor of the Foundation for Mother-Child Health. She has her MBA from the Simon School of Business (University of Rochester) and a Bachelor of Science from Miami University (OH). She spends her free time chasing after her three children and their Bernadoodle puppies.

Danica Holley

Ms. Holley has served as Chief Operating Officer of Global Medical REIT Inc. since March 2016. As COO she oversees daily operations, asset management, human resources and corporate sustainability. Ms. Holley's business development and management experience spans more than 20 years with an emphasis on working in an international environment.She has extensive experience in international program management, government procurement, and global business roll - outs and start-ups.In addition to her operational oversight responsibilities, while in her executive roles she has led successful Initial Public Offering operational efforts, system implementations, operational risk management programs including cyber risk assessment oversight, and Environmental Social Governance(ESG) strategic implementation.< br >< br > As Executive Director for Safe Blood International Foundation, she oversaw national health initiatives in Africa and Asia, including an Ebola response project.Ms.Holley has held management positions as the Director of Strategy, Corporate Business Development for World Space, Inc., Director of Marketing for Corporate and Business at ISI Professional Services, and Director of Administration at Tanzus Development and SK & I Architectural Design Group, LLC.Ms.Holley has more than a decade of experience managing multinational teams for complex service delivery across disciplines.< br >< br > She received a B.S.F.S from the Edmund Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University in International Law, Politics and Organization(May 1994).She studied International Organization at the School for International Training, Brattleboro, Vermont and Rabat, Morocco(January - June 1993).She is an ICF certified executive leadership coach and an alumna of Georgetown University's Graduate Leadership Coaching Program (September 2010). She completed the Finance for Executives certificate program at Harvard Business School (July 2018).

Damon Jones

Damon Jones leads efforts to help ensure P&G is and is recognized as a force for good and a force for growth. He leads a consumer-centric communications ecosystem and an equality-focused citizenship agenda that span more than 180 countries.

P&G and Jones have been well recognized within the CPG industry and beyond for their leadership in creative, advocacy-based campaigns that inspire dialogue and enable collective action in advancing equality for women, people of color, members of the LGBTQ+ community and other under-represented groups. These programs have been broadly recognized for their creativity, inspiration and impact – including multiple Silver Anvils, Cannes Lions and Primetime Commercial Emmy awards and nominations.

Further, the 500-person strong global communication discipline led by Jones advances P&G’s growth strategy while building and protecting the image and reputation of the world’s largest consumer goods company and its portfolio of nearly 100 industry-leading brands. The discipline includes influencer marketing, brand and corporate communications, digital and social media, stakeholder engagement, issues advocacy and crisis management.

A trusted advisor to the C-suite, Jones has a proven track record of leveraging reputation and relationships to drive brand and business success. During his 20+ year career with P&G, Jones has had responsibility for a diverse set of geographic, organizational and product portfolios – with assignments in Boston, Geneva, London and Singapore – leading local, regional and global businesses.?

Following his passion for community engagement, Jones took a leave of absence to serve as the Communications Director for the 2008 Democratic National Convention. He remains active as a Board member and strategic advisor to numerous educational, cultural and advocacy organizations.

Jeffrey B. Osher

Jeffrey B. Osher has served as a member of the MIC board of directors since August 2021. Mr. Osher founded No Street Capital LLC, an investment management firm, in 2018. Prior to founding No Street Capital, LLC, Mr. Osher served as a portfolio manager at Harvest Capital Strategies, LLC, an SEC-registered investment advisor, from 2005 to 2018, and as an analyst from 2002 to 2005. Prior to his tenure at Harvest Capital Strategies, LLC, Mr. Osher was an analyst at The Dowd Company, an investment management firm, where he focused on technology and emerging growth companies. He has served on the board of directors of the Seal Family Foundation, a non-profit organization that raises funds and awareness for special programs in direct support of the Naval Special Warfare families on a local, national and global scale, since 2016. He has also served on the board of directors of Green Dot Corporation since 2020 and was an advisor to the board of directors of Green Dot Corporation, a NYSE-listed financial technology and registered bank holding company, from 2017 to 2020. He is also a manager of Color Up.

Mr. Osher will be one of our Independent Trustees effective prior to the completion of the MIT IPO. Our board of trustees concluded that Mr. Osher is qualified to serve as one of our Independent Trustees based upon, among other things, his significant experience in financial services and investment and his experience as an executive and a public company director, and qualifying as an Independent Trustee in accordance with the requirements of the NYSE and the SEC.
